The debut CD by Carpenter’s Union
- released April 10, 2003
and a cover of a song by The Five
O'clock People grace this first CD.
Songs range from the congregation favorite
ballad "I Need You" to the heavy
"Calls To Me
Again". This is a dynamic CD
of varying styles of Christian rock music.
Steve's Lyrics are simple but deceptively deep, heartfelt, and
thoughtful.
Our sound has been compared (loosely) to Third Day, Hootie & The Blowfish, and Creed.

Here
are the original vocal & guitar tracks I recorded with Steve in the studio
right after I joined the band in August of 2002.
We never really thought much
about making a a real full length CD at this point,
but after dubbing some drums over the Original Acoustic tracks with just Steve &
his guitar,
I decided they sounded pretty good. So the other guys came in any layered their
parts over
what we already had.
